Who We Are

Established in 2023, MoonBeam Therapies is a therapist-owned and operated private OT clinic in Winston-Salem, NC. We serve clients from Birth - 18 years old in the Triad area of North Carolina.

Owner, Jess Irvin-Spears, MS, OTR/L, BCP is a NC licensed Occupational Therapist practicing since 2016. She received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Kinesiology from UNC-Greensboro and holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Winston-Salem State University.
